I thought the colors would make things easier to follow, but they literally just made it more confusing for me...

The cleaning itself was okay, nothing terrible, but for what I paid I expected a smoother experience. Support wasn’t very helpful, and the timing was frustrating. If it had been cheaper, I probably wouldn’t mind as much, but at this price I don’t think it was really worth it.

I tried to check out like three different times, and every single time it kicked me back instead of letting me finish. Maybe it’s just a glitch, but it felt like the site was doing everything possible to stop me from placing the order. At some point you start wondering if the checkout button is just there for decoration.

I bought the bundle because I thought it would make things easier and save me some time, but it didn’t end up being that useful. A lot of the items felt kind of random, and I barely used most of it. I also wish it had been explained more clearly what was actually included, because the communication around it was vague. I probably wouldn’t have bought it if I’d understood it better upfront

I don’t remember all the details from the first time I used it, but what stuck with me is that it didn’t really hold up when I tried to reuse it. Maybe it was fine at first, but sadly it felt barely reusable...

I picked up a few things from MakersClean and, they’ve been holding up well after washing. I haven’t had any weird shrinking or fading, so I’m not sure why anyone would make a big deal out of that. One cloth did get a little rougher than I expected, but it still works fine and it’s not like it ruined the whole thing. Overall, I’m happy with them. Not perfect, sure, but definitely not bad.

i bought these hoping they’d handle spills better, but they mostly just push the water around instead of soaking it up. i had to use a few just to clean up a small mess, so i’m disappointed with the absorbency.

After a few minutes, I did end up getting where I needed to go, so it worked fine, but it could definitely be a bit smoother.

I kept looking around to see if other people had the same issue, because I wasn’t sure if this was normal or if I just got unlucky, but getting clear answers took forever and I felt like I had to keep following up.
The refund also took much longer than I expected, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. Maybe other customers had smoother returns, but based on how mine went, I don’t think I’d feel comfortable ordering again

It cleans alright for the most part, but tougher stains definitely still need some extra scrubbing. It’s not even about that being a huge deal, I just expected it to make the job a little easier than it did.

So... the delivery showed up pretty much on time, and the tracking was decent enough to keep me updated. No major issues overall.

Used it on my mirrors and had to wipe them a couple times, but there were still streaks. It’s okay, just not what I was hoping for.

I tried reaching out to customer service it felt like I was screaming into the void. It took forever to get a response, and I had to follow up more than once just to hear anything back. By the end, I felt completely ignored and super frustrated. Definitely not the kind of experience I was hoping for.

I’ve been using this for a bit and it does make me feel a little better about what I’m spraying around the house. It actually cleans well too, which I wasn’t expecting from something marketed as eco-friendly. It’s not perfect and I still have to put in some effort on tougher spots, but for everyday cleaning it gets the job done.

I ordered from makersclean.com and the shipment showed up in a normal amount of time. The box itself looked fine, not crushed or beaten up, so I wasn’t worried when I first opened it.
The weird part is, even though the outside packaging was okay, the inside felt a little too basic. One of the bottles had some product around the cap, like it had leaked just a bit during shipping. It wasn’t a huge mess, but it was still kind of annoying.

Overall, I’d say it was just average. Everything was still usable, but I do wish they had packed it more securely or sealed the bottles better before sending them out

The quality is good overall. I don’t really have any complaints, it feels solid, solid enough that I’m happy with it
